Terms of Service
The short version: CloudGo Driver Ledger is a tool to help you track your own earnings and costs. You're in control of what you enter, we do our best to keep it safe and available, and you use it at your own risk — like any tool that runs on your own numbers. Read on for the full terms.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account, signing in, or using CloudGo Driver Ledger ("the App," "the Service") in any way, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the Service.
2. What the Service is
CloudGo Driver Ledger is a personal earnings, expense, and cost-tracking tool built for gig and delivery drivers. It lets you log shifts, jobs, expenses, and fuel purchases, and calculates summary figures such as gross income, net income, and cost-per-kilometre based entirely on the information you enter yourself.
3. Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure, and for anything that happens under your account.
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account or filling in your profile.
- One account per person. Don't share your login with others.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the Service, or attempt to access data that isn't theirs.
4. Your data and estimates shown in the app
Every number the app shows you — gross income, net income, $/hour, cost breakdowns, and similar figures — is calculated directly from data you (or your device) entered. We don't independently verify the accuracy of anything you enter.
The Service is not financial, tax, legal, or business advice. Decisions about your work, pricing, taxes, or finances based on figures shown in this app are entirely your own responsibility. If you need advice specific to your situation, please consult a qualified professional.
5. The Cloud Backup service and payment
Cloud sync, data export, and related features are part of an optional paid service. Payment is arranged directly with us (currently via PayNow or another payment method we specify) and access is granted manually or automatically once payment is confirmed. Prices may change; we'll do our best to give notice of any change affecting active subscribers.
Since this is a small-scale, low-cost service, we don't currently offer automatic refunds — if something's genuinely gone wrong on our end, please contact us directly and we'll sort it out fairly on a case-by-case basis.
6. Availability and reliability
We aim to keep the Service available and your data intact, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we can't guarantee data will never be lost, corrupted, or temporarily unavailable — whether due to bugs, third-party outages (such as our hosting or database providers), or other causes beyond our reasonable control.
We strongly recommend keeping your own periodic backups of important data using the export features built into the app. We are not liable for losses arising from data that wasn't backed up independently.
7. Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Attempt to access another user's data or account without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' use of it
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service beyond your own account
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CloudGo and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost income, lost data, or business decisions made based on the app — arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms. We'll try to flag meaningful changes clearly when they happen.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.

This section explains what personal data CloudGo Driver Ledger collects, why, and what rights you have over it — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
1. Who this applies to
This policy covers CloudGo Driver Ledger, operated from Singapore. If you sign in, create a profile, or otherwise submit personal data through the app, this policy explains how we handle it.
2. What we collect
| Data | Why we collect it |
|---|---|
| Email address | Account sign-in and identification |
| Name, phone number | Optional profile info you choose to add, shown back to you and used for account support |
| Vehicle details (plate, brand, model) | Optional profile info you choose to add, for your own records |
| Shift, job, expense, and fuel entries | The core purpose of the app — tracking your own earnings and costs |
| Country | To show the right platforms and, where relevant, determine service availability in your region |
| Basic usage data | To understand app performance and improve features |
We do not collect your device's precise location, contacts, or any data you haven't explicitly entered into the app.
3. How we use your data
- To operate the core functions of the app — storing and displaying your shifts, expenses, and related figures
- To provide the optional Cloud Backup service (sync across devices, export to Excel/Sheets) if you choose to use it
- To communicate with you — for example, notifying you when access is granted, or about service updates
- For internal analysis and product improvement — understanding patterns in usage to make the app better. Where we use data this way, we treat it as a distinct purpose from simply running the app, consistent with PDPA's data minimisation principle
We do not sell your personal data to third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.
4. Who your data is shared with
We use a small number of service providers to actually run the app. Your data may pass through:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider, which stores your account and app data securely
- Google — if you choose to sign in with Google, or connect Google Sheets export
- Vercel — our web hosting provider
- A payment processor, if and when you use the Cloud Backup service
These providers only process data as needed to deliver the Service — none of them are permitted to use your data for their own independent purposes.
5. Data security
We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and database-level access controls that restrict each user's data to that user alone — administrators of the app can only access what's strictly necessary for support and service operation, never your account password or, where applicable, your own private integration secrets.
No system is completely infallible. We encourage you to keep your own periodic backups of important data using the export tools built into the app.
6. How long we keep your data
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll process that request within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any legal obligations to retain certain records.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA, you have the right to:
- Ask what personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw consent for us to use your data (which may limit or end your ability to use the Service)
- Request deletion of your account and data
To exercise any of these, contact us using the details below.
8. Children's privacy
The Service is intended for adults who drive for gig/delivery platforms and is not directed at children. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date.

CloudGo Driver Ledger is a tracking tool, not a financial or business advisor. This section explains exactly what that means in practice.
Your numbers are only as good as what you enter
Every figure the app shows — gross income, net income, $/hour, cost per kilometre, and every stat built from them — is calculated directly and only from data you (or your device's clock, for timestamps) provide. We don't verify amounts against your actual bank statements, platform payout records, or any other outside source.
If you log something incorrectly, forget an entry, or make a typo, the app's numbers will reflect that. Please treat every figure as an estimate based on your own input, not an audited financial record.
Not financial, tax, or legal advice
Nothing in this app constitutes financial, tax, legal, or business advice. Decisions like whether a driving session is "worth it," how to price your time, what to declare for tax purposes, or any other financial or business decision are entirely your own responsibility. If you need advice specific to your situation, please speak to a qualified professional — an accountant, tax advisor, or lawyer as appropriate.
Automatic features — job logging and the shift timer
Features like the one-tap job logger and the shift timer record timestamps based on when you interact with the app, not necessarily the exact moment a job was actually assigned or a shift genuinely began. Log promptly for the most accurate patterns and totals.
Your data isn't guaranteed to be permanent
We take reasonable steps to keep your data safe and available, but no software or cloud service is completely infallible — bugs, outages, or unforeseen issues can happen. We strongly recommend using the built-in export features to keep your own periodic backups of anything important to you, rather than relying solely on the app as your only copy.
Marketplace listings
Any deals, promotions, or job listings shown in the Marketplace tab are provided by third parties or curated by us as informational pointers only. We don't guarantee the terms, availability, or outcome of any offer listed there — please verify details directly with the provider before acting on them.
Use at your own risk
By using CloudGo Driver Ledger, you acknowledge that you're using the app's figures and features as a personal tracking aid, at your own discretion and risk, and that CloudGo is not liable for decisions made or outcomes resulting from your use of the app.
